pla and abs speed + support material

Hello.
I wand to print a medium part 10x10x10
What seed are you use when you print in abs and pla? I use the profile defaults from seemecnc site. Can you advise?

Also I will need some support while printing the part. How can I choose a support that will be easy to remove?
