Does anyone print/stamp plastic type on their parts?

For those lucky few with grinders and filastruders or the like, it's pretty important to know what plastic you're grinding and recycling. On a tiny scale for low volume printer people like myself, some of those parts will end up in the recycling bin too. So I wonder - does anyone bother printing the plastic type/recycling triangle on their prints?

I guess it doesn't help that everything we typically use for printing is type 7-other (ABS, Nylon, PLA) and only PETT (bridge) would come close to one of the other marks. But still, is it worth considering - or such a low volume that it's not worth the bother?

That is a good point, and I guess at some time we'll all need to add this code, depending on the local recycle regulations. Not sure what would happen if they added a bunch of PLA parts to ABS for processing.
