Hi Everyone,
I'm having a real problem getting the printer to print on an even level. I go through the entire process layed out in the new manual. I've reset the height of the tower and I go through the entire process of calibrating turning on and off the Eeprom. No matter how many times I adjust the printer_raduis and then adjust the end stops, once I turn on the Eeprom and start printing it seems that the printer always swings high on one side or the other. It's not always the same side.

I don't know what could be wrong, any ideas what either mechanical or software problems I might have?

Could be one of a few things. You should get this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:50505 (Use the STL that makes a full circle all the way around the bed)

That will tell you where the problems are. In some areas you'll see the filament mashed into the print surface and in other areas it'll be either overly round or just won't stick.

If the problem is that it's too high next to a tower and too low on the other side of the bed from that tower, or vice versa, adjusting that tower's endstop screw can fix it. So if it's too high close to the tower, you unscrew the adjustment screw a little. If it's too low close to the tower, screw it in a little. Repeat until you have acceptable results.

If that isn't enough to solve the problem, you may have this problem, a solution to which hasn't yet been found. I am working on some code for Smoothieware that will (hopefully) use a Z-probe to figure out the individual arm lengths/tower radii/tower rotations to correct for it. It already knows how to mess with the tower rotations, but I have to figure out the other two aspects.
