Halloween costume

I'm making a imperial guard helmet from return of the Jedi. I found it on thingiverse and decided to give it a go.
The supplied item was sliced into 28 different stl files for smaller printers. I reassembled in to larger sections to accommodate the rostock max and minimize the amount of gluing required. I am totally geeking out on this one.

Thanks for the compliments on the mask.
I don't think it qualifies for the print contest, due to NC I think.
Here is the link to the file from thingiverse. Maybe someone can advise if it qualifies.

Here is a updated pic. The print has been smoothed and primed.

Cheers, I thought you would get a kit out if it after I was your light saber build.
Have to make the force pike to go with it. And get it painted. Halloween is fast approaching.

Fresh from paint. All left to do is install the visitor and install some foam inside.

Are you possibly thinking of joining the Legion with this thing? It's really well done.

That looks so professional, it's hard to imagine it was done with a 3D printer.
