I just installed reptier 1.05.
the object I try to print, I looked the g-code layer.
the skirt layer is smaller than the object, why is that?
I attached the STL file as well.

Because.... derp.
That doesn't seem right. Have you tried slicing it with something else to try and determine if it's the model or the slicer?

It loaded and sliced fine for me. However, I was able to duplicate your problem by setting the brim distance to a negative value,.

The first time, I used an earlier version. Tonight, I used the same version of Repetier, and the latest version of Slic3r, and other then seeming to take longer, it still sliced fine.

I know this is an older post, but I think I know what is happening. In Repetier or Mattercontrol, check and see what the first layer slice looks like. The brim layout is based on the first layer. If the bottom of your model isn't flat, the brim will circle what will print on that layer.

I've set the skirt layer negative distance and let the first layer print over it. I don't do this regularly. I was printing multiple copies of something. A delay at the end to cool the bed, then some gcode to knock the part off the table. Next, I copy & paste multiple copies of everything, saved to SD card and let it rip!
