near layers wont touch

I have the e3d v3 on my max v2 and I get the results as you can see in pic.
what is th resone and how can I fix that?

Are you talking about the diagonal gaps between passes, or the gaps between the infill and perimeter at the bottom?

I think you're either under extruding or a bit too cool on the first, and you might need to oil your ujoints and tighten your carriage and platform screws for the second.
