Hotend ordered temp not getting sent to Printer

So I have been printing very happily for several months now and have hit a snag. I printed a model this morning and then made a z total z height adjustment and tried to print again. The ordered hot end temp did not get sent to the printer when I hit the start print button. I stopped the print and tried again and the same thing happened. I then manually set a temp in the manual window and via the front panel and it worked. I disconnected the printer and re connected, also I shut down the printer and repetier and tried again, no avail. I re-sliced the model and also looked at both g-codes and can't seem to see any difference in the codes. Anybody else have this problem?????
