Something is wrong my orion delta, Item came out crooked.
Do you know what is the reason? How do I fix?

Off hand it looks like you are out of calibration. Have you gone through the calibration steps again since this happened to make sure one of your towers is not out of wack? When you print does it always get out fo round in the same place? (If you rotate the model and print it does it still go out of round pointing at the same spot on the printer?)

Agreed, looks like possibly an incomplete calibration or perhaps a sticky u-joint. Pull all the arms off and check none of the joints are stiffer than any others.
I loved my Rostock so much I now sell them in Oz :)

Check your pulleys on the steppers
