Anyone tried these stainless steel nozzles from E3D yet? Just curious of the performance in comparison to the brass old standbys?

Performance is arguably worse (lower conductivity) unless you need the abrasion resistance.

I would think you want high thermal mass for the nozzle, I'd argue that you want that for the heater block as well since the goal is to keep temperature constant. I've never been a big fan of the move towards Aluminum heater blocks, they end up being larger than the brass ones, so there is no real weight saving.
I wouldn't imagine there would be much difference in performance with stainless, I guess they could be potentially longer lasting, not that I've ever worn a nozzle out by printing with it.
