Cant get my machine level

I tried using 626Pilots guide to leveling, with correcting the tower rotations values. I have no real idea how any of the delta correction values actually affect the path of the effector, besides delta radius and arm length.

I have gotten my printer to print level in the "trangle" between towers, but I have issues with the areas outside, and sometimes (like this morning) there's 2 areas inside the triangle between the x tower level point and the center and the y tower level point and the center where the effector dips a bit. Not sure why or how to fix this.
