His message appears to be spam but if you go to the site, there is an option to join up to print parts that they need printed.
With this option forum members can possibly make a few bucks, if it is true.

That's not the point. Even if it's true, they're advertising via forum spam. While it's more topical than online prescriptions for male erectile issues, in the end, it's still spam. I don't support sites that advertise that way - people who do only reinforce that it's OK to spam.
