Shorted Rambo limit switch inputs

I think I just shorted the limit switch inputs on the Rambo. I switched to a smoothieboard a while ago but kept my Rambo as a spare or backup.

I've been making another printer and I plugged the end stop switch into the wrong pins (I think). My evidence is that it surged my laptop USB input when I plugged it in; my laptop is fine after a reset.

Anyway, does shorting the end stops on the Rambo board permanently damage the board, can it be fixed with replacement fuses, or am I good to go?

Thanks!

The pins on the RAMBo limit switch headers are +5v, PCB ground, and switch input. You likely shorted the +5V pin to ground, causing the 5v regulator to overload. Probably no lasting harm done.
