Hey all. I have had an Orion for the past 3 months and I have had very few problems with it until now. I tried to print something circular but on one part, it was flat. I have no idea wwhy this would be. I have seen some posts about similar problems, and those turned out to just be belt tensioning problems however, I can't find a guide to change the tension of the Orion belts. How would one go about this? Thanks.

To tighten the belts on the Orion there are three top pulleys at the top of the aluminum uprights and are covered by a blue clear plastic.
Remove the 3 plastic parts which should be pulled up, be gentle. After that there is a screw and nut that goes though the top pulley which the belt goes around.
You need to loosen that screw and gently pry up the pulley to tighten the belt. Holding the pulley at the new location tighten the screw and put the plastic parts back.
I do not think that this will necessarily solve your problem but you need to know how to tighten the belts. Next question, how tight? They should not be so tight that you cannot pull
them out a LITTLE, nor a lot. Somewhere in between is where they belong.

Thanks a bunch. I did that, and I also realized that one of my carriages was loose, so I tightened that up as well. Everything works well now. Thanks for the reply.
