Make sure the extruder axis is set correctly in the slicing software generating your g-code.

ah ok , how would i go about doing that? I thought it had something to do with that

If you're using Slic3r. You will have to set it up correctly. These threads helped me a lot:

i was using skeinforge from the site with the profile, ill give slic3r a shot though

It works with slic3r but its inverted when i use slic3r, im just gonna invert the axis on mach

Yes, the skeinforge profiles were for a constant velocity extruder, slic3r is yhe best way to go!

it seems the extruder , extrude too slow for it too stick , any ideas?

Assuming your extruder is calibrated correctly.
Getting the base layer to stick is a combination of the base layer height, the base layer temperature and the surface your printing on.
If you're using PLA, and don't have a heated bed use blue painters tape as a surface, I've never had good luck with ABS on any surface without a heated bed.
If the first layer is too low, the plastic will curl up off the bed.
If it's too high it will look very round on the bed.
It should look slightly squashed.
If it still won't stick try printing the first layer a little hotter.
