I just finished my machine(rostock max v2) and I'm uploading the firmware. I'm using a MAC, I've uploaded the rambo driver and the Repetier, I'm now on page 212 attempting to work in Arduino but all I get is a check mark, an arrow and a few other symbols. I don't see a toolbar with File, Edit, Sketch, etc.. What am I doing wrong?

Those are on the top of the screen and not on the window.

Thanks! I can't believe I missed that, I had been working on it for hours at that point and I was a bit dazed,
