New Rostock Max V2 Restart Loop
Posted: Thu Dec 25, 2014 7:13 pm
Hello all,
I recently finished by Rostock Max V2 build. When I upload the firmware provided by the manual (Repetier 0.91) and turn the printer on, it proceeds to go to the home position, bounce off the end stops and lower slightly. The LCD then reads "RESETTING/E-STOP" at which point it starts to home again and repeat the same process over and over again. When I remove the LCD screen completely (including the RAMBo adapter), the printer exhibits the exact same behaviour. Here is a Gcode readout from the error without the LCD screen connected:
16:57:53.701 : start
16:57:54.232 : N1 M110 *2
16:57:54.232 : N1 M110 *2
16:57:54.232 : N2 M115 *4
16:57:54.232 : N3 M111 S6 *68
16:57:54.232 : N4 T0 *30
16:57:55.020 : Free RAM:1143
16:57:55.020 : X:0.00 Y:0.00 Z:0.00 E:0.00
16:57:57.123 : SD init fail
16:57:57.123 : ok
16:57:57.123 : N5 M20 *52
16:57:57.162 : ok
16:57:57.162 : ok 2
16:57:57.162 : ok 3
16:57:57.162 : N6 M80 *61
16:57:57.162 : N7 M105 *0
16:57:57.989 : Resetting Machine
Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks!
