Hi guys! After reading about the trouble a lot of people have about getting print off of PEI, I wanted to share a trick I discovered while puzzling it myself. All you need is a pair of diagonal flush cutters, which most electronics folk use for cutting component leads after soldering. All you do is use the flush cutters to pry the piece up at a corner like so, then use a spatula to peel the rest of the part of. Easy :)

I do not know why but when my pei cools down, the parts are completely lose. I only have to force them if pei is still hot.

(I print at 115 degrees as measured by the thermistor)

teoman, that is exactly how PEI works. Let it cool and the part should pop off. I use a can of "electronics chill" to zap tough parts and that works great too.

Is PEI meant to go to temperatures as high as 115?
