Another Heater Bed Question

Post by dmcmd »

Last night I noticed as I was plumbing my support columns that my Orion heater bed has a crown to it. It is cup shaped such that the center is about 2-3mm higher than all of the edges. Is this normal, or is it going to be an issue?

Thanks,
Darren

Try it with the glass on it, does the problem go away. The glass should be clipped into place.

I decided to stop obsessing about it and put the glass on and print. I haven't rechecked, but the calibration went fine so I guess it's a non-issue. Printing very well. Now for the noobie learning curve...
