Mattercontrol video issue then crash

I was running a print and clicked on the "3d icon for the layer viewer.
My screens went all "blinky" and then program crashed.
Got an OpenGL message “too many errors” pop-up that sent me to Nvidia.

I had very recently updated everything on this machine.
when I open Matter Control video burp occurs again followed by program shutdown and same message.
I shut every thing down an rebooted.
Fire up MC, same thing.
I uninstalled MC an reinstalled. Same thing.

Maybe try falling back to older video driver? MC does seem to implement some 3D graphic functions that other software doesn't normally use. Or it might be a little too casual about how it uses memory. I have experienced different crashing issues with MC on four different computers.

I got the program to open and hold. I just can never go full screen again. Who needs that fancy layer viewer anyway?
