New Rostock MAX in Montréal

Got my Rostock MAX kit a couple of weeks ago and have completed the build at this point.
Fun. It is a great kit.
Only once or twice did I wonder and had to wander around for the answer I was looking.
Overall excellent.

At this point I am testing and fine tuning.
And puzzled...
Trying to adjust the End_Stops, but I do not get how to adjust the height for each macro.
Are we to use the knob next to the LCD screen for that - therefore in the Advanced menu area?
The doc (p238) is not clear on this.

The endstops are adjusted mechanically. See page 109 and 236.

Need to adjust the screws hitting each of the end switches.
