My Rostock made it into Design News January 2015

Figured I'd post about this. The picture used was from August when the Engineering Society of Detroit took a tour of our headquarters. At the time the printer was just beginning a 60 hour print which turned out well.

The article in question is found on page 30 of the January 2015 issue of Design News. Since I didn't give the interview for the article, that was my boss, some of the facts were changed to support scenarios, or just plain wrong, such as the claim I created the machine...
But it's an interesting read, some insight to the early days of rapid prototyping in the auto industry, how far we've come. Plus there's an interesting blurb about using the analog audio input output (A-Hole) of the iPhone to communicate with a Arduino, so pick up a copy if you can find one.
