I finished my Rostock Max V2 about a week ago. I calibrated and printed with the .35 nozzle and the parts were great. The nozzle plugged, not sure why, but have it soaking in acetone. So I switched to the .5 nozzle,
squared the towers recalibrated and now it seems a gamble as to whether I'll get a usable part or something akin to a 70's fro! The first layer has difficulty attaching, and in some cases doesn't extrude at all. I'm going to try to attach some photos. The longer piece was printed with the .35 nozzle, the open ended cube was printed with the .5 nozzle and the mess was an attempt to print right after completing the cube.... At a loss could use some direction. I also have the trick laser arms and trucks, if that makes a difference.
