Bad surface

Howdy!
First post here on forums, I hope this ain't the wrong place... but 3 fails so far with this, I need this thing solid and smooth.
Have had some really fun times with my newly built Rostock Max V2, couldn't get PLA to stick on glass, so using glue now.
I'm using RoboSavvys PLA atm, temps 205-210 for head and 60 for bed. Default Fine/PLA settings in mattercontrol otherwise.
See my images below, could use some tips to get this ugly sector go away. Realized this ugly sector is pointing towards my Y tower.
I DID use an awful lot of time calibrating however, and that was a week a go or so.
Any help/tips appreciated!
