More upgrades to Soultaken

First print after:
1. Trick laser skate upgrade
2. 24v power supply
3. E3D volcano using .8mm nozzle .65 layer height
4. printinz (ninja plate) print surface
5. Azteeg X5 smoothieboard variant
X5 works great, I had to solder pins for fast decay. 1/32 micro steps is nice, using 626Pilot's(Seeme CNC forum) beta z mapping which makes life much easier.

Wow, that volcano puts down some massive layers!

The main goal behind the volcano to squirt out parts faster?

If the part size allows for thicker layers more than twice as fast. .2 layer with a .4 nozzle vs .65 layer with .8 nozzle at the same print speed. Why print a part with high resolution with half the strength when you are going to bolt a motor to it? Printing parts that need to look good put in a smaller nozzle.

Do you print with anything more "exotic"? Have you tried any of the Nylons, Tritan, PET, or anything along those lines? I'd be interested in using a volcano with something like those.
