Missing parts of the print

Hello,
So I'm printing a turbine wheel and it has a few missing places in the sides of some of the impeller blades. Is there a setting I can change to fix that or is it a problem with the file I downloaded. I get my .stl files from Thingiverse, so I believe they stand a better chance for being complete when it comes to geometry.

That part of the model is probably thinner than your nozzle diameter/line width. Check your slicer preview to verify.
