Noob, Extruder Gcode errors, REF All Home

Hey guys,

I have the H-1.0 with Easy stepper. I'm also a giant noob, I'm studying Civil Engineering (3 years left)

I still haven't printed my first one, having problems.

All my wiring seems to be correct.

Anyway, loading up mach3 with the downloaded configuration from here. I can't seem to print anything using the gcode.

First of all, I get a weird error from Sli3r.. "Illegal division by zero" Not sure what to make of it.

Then when that works, I get "All axis missing g92" Which is reset extrusion distance. This problem I haven't been able to get past.

I hope these are fairly straight forward problems.
Thank you!

P.S Can anyone link me to screen shots of the mach3 configuration, I might be doing it wrong.

It means you have a zero somewhere you shouldn't, Do the hot keys work to move your machine?

Yeah, I can move the Y and X axis with up down left right.

I think I do the mistake of Zeroing them then?

I get the division by zero error sometimes. I found it's a F0.00 feed rate command. I just do a global search on the ouput file and delete them. Haven't had a chance to go back and see why I'm getting them sometimes and not others, but I'll get the time pretty soon, I hope.

Thanks for the reply, please let me know what you find.

I was able to get rid of it by changing the first layer speed from zero to anything positive.

I seem to have solved all the problems, I'm just having trouble zeroing my axis properly. When I run G code the machine tries to go out of boarders.

Last problem fellas. My extruder seems to be turning in reverse as if it's trying to remove the ABS rather than putting it through the hot end. The wiring seems correct with the Easy controller... Any suggestions?

In mach3 config/ports & pins/motor output change the DirActiveLow for that axis. That should reverse it.
