Top of print having trouble

Heya everyone.
I am sure it is obvious to many, but I am not sure what to change to solve this. I have an Orion with an enclosure (http://t.co/tTA2iC1ykZ) and when testing my latest calibration print, the top looks like the hot end stayed in its final place too long, melting it flat.
Any thoughts what actually caused this?
I am using Inland ABS from Micro Center and Matter Control.
