Enclose effect on temperature settings...

Hey folks. Not sure if this is the correct forum for this, but here goes...
I recently completed my first 3D printer build, the max V2. I have done a couple mods to it, the most recent being a shower curtain enclosure. While it's not as perfect as a poly enclosure (and doesn't look nearly as slick), it eases my mind that breezes and air flow will now be somewhat more controlled.
My question is if/how this new enclosure should effect my temp settings. A quick measurement (I'll do a proper measurement soon) of inside the curtain showed a rise in temp from room (70f) to about 95f. Should I be lowering either the bed or hot end temp? I have been running ABS only, and have been testing with hot end temps between 225-235c with the bed at 95c. I get great adhesion using purple glue stick.
While the parts I've made since installing the curtain have been usable, I think I've noticed a bit more random blobs on areas where the head moves quickly away? Also, perimeter layers may be separating a little now. Not sure if this is related or not.
Thanks in advance.
