No matter what I try, Ninja flex binds up
I have tried the modification with the tubing, changing speeds and everything. The machine will print a small layer and then it starts binding up every time. Not one successful ninja print.

Flexible filaments are a real challenge with a bowden setup. Tube needs to have as little friction as possible. If the bowden tube is currently running inside of the flex sleeve with the wiring, you might try relocating it to the outside. Some builds cause the tube to have a tight spot where the tube enters and exits the sleeve.

Try reducing the retraction. I had a heck of a time getting tglase to print - I'd get a bulbous end on the filament and it then wouldn't go into the hot nozzle. The trick was reducing the retraction to the smallest possible number.

Try using Glatican's remix of my EZflexstruder with a geared stepper motor from TriD printing. Moar power = Moar better
