Commands not sending to printer
Commands not sending to printer
My printer has no problem connecting and I am able to enable both the bed and nozzle heaters. However, the printer is unresponsive to any movement or extrusion commands. Not sure where to start looking for a fix.

Are you using Repetier Host or a different host?jacob_how wrote:My printer has no problem connecting and I am able to enable both the bed and nozzle heaters. However, the printer is unresponsive to any movement or extrusion commands. Not sure where to start looking for a fix.
Have you tried running from the SD card instead of a host?
We need more info on what software you are using to help.

Also something to note is that I had a burned out wire to the heated bed on the control board and had to replace that terminal block at the top of the board. I have completed multiple prints since then but I am not sure if I caused some sort of damage that is only manifesting itself now.
I really appreciate the help

It sounds like you may have blown fuse F2 on the rambo board.
Check both the F2 and F3 fuses and if they are bad they can be replaced with 5 or 10 amp.
For anyone whose blown one, they are available from both Digikey and Mouser in the US
These are the part numbers that don't include the holder.
The original 5A fuse is
LittleFuse 0451005.NRL
The 10A version is
LittleFuse 0451010.NRL
They're both ~$1.50-$2 a piece in small quantities.

Pretty sure SeeMe and Ultimachine sell them
