I almost finish the assembly but now I encounter some software problem.

1: My Z home switch and e-stop not working, my X and Y home switch work. My Z and e-stop is new and test it they work, wiring is same as X and home switch so I think it's not the hardware side. It's like I set something wrong in Mach3.

2: When I try to convert to Gcode with Slic3r first when mach3 start Home all axis going really slow and second is the A axis keep running when Home all axis. After go that A axis keep running for a looooonggg time. I let it run for like 15mins and decide to reset.

Ok after triple check, grouding switch and make really sure it's connect the E-stop is working now but the Z axis still not working. If I plug only the Z axis to pin 3 and pin 6 it work but when i connect the plug for Z,Y,X and E-stop it doesnt work. I measure the 2 end with multimeter and they are connect. I also try to plug the connector for all axis and link 2 wire directly to GDN and Z pin on the board but it doesnt work. So i'm not sure why when i connect only Z axis it works and not when all the switch is connect.
