Print issues

So I have a question, I have been running now for 10 hours or so running test prints and I am getting dialed in but I have a issues I am not sure about. I have ramdom layers that will have a bit of overlap or slight hang over. Not dripping down but just not in line with the rest of the layers. As I said before it is completly random and I have not been able to key in on what is causing it. Any ideas? I will be able to get some pictures once this current print finishes, the others are small and hard to get a good detailed picture of this issue.

Thanks,

A sticky u-joint can cause this. Quite common on the older aluminum ones. If you have the newer acetal type joint, then check for free movement of the arm through all positions. Sometimes a joint clip or fan shroud has a spot where they bump.

Am I too assume that if I take the arms off one at a time to lube them and check got movement I would still have to redo my calibration?

Here are some pictures of the issues I am having. mind you I just got this thing running and I am sure I still have some tuning but I just wanted to try to figure this one out. I think this issue has something to do with nozzle drip, I did notice that when is crossed the bowl that the nozzle was oozing some and that got hung on the inside of the bowl.

Also, can someone tell me about the two areas I have highlighted. Way is the square lop sided and why do my first layers look this way?

Looking at the above square, the first thing that comes to mind is the slicer. Have you tried a different slicer then tried to print again?
My favorites are Cura and Kisslicer. Please let us know the result of using a different slicer.

Thanks Eaglezsoar, I will try that next. Was also wonder if acceleration or jerk setting could be causing it. If I print in spiral vase mode the prints come out flawless. But as soon as I print a regular object I get these horizontal lines.
