Ok, I am having print trouble and I am sure that it is calibration/tuning issue but I don't know what to do. I have redone my X,Y,Z, and bed center calibration several times and have just completed an extruder calibration but I am still getting bad print edges and artifacts. Attached are some pics if anyone has the time to look at them and help out.

Stock Rostock with the Automation Tech stepper motors. Running Repatier firmware and using matter control as suggested in the build manual.

Hard to see but there are layer that bulge out in random places.

Also had a question about the picture below. Calibration cube, 20mm. But two corners have bulging and the bottom infill looks odd to me.

The yellow bowl looks like there were several kinds of extrusion issues.

Could be issues with the filament itself like variation in diameter, moisture content, or other contamination. But my first guess is that the hot end temp is too low. Try raising it 10C and try again. If it is better, try +5 and -5 from there.

The red cube has two issues. The corner blob is expected unless you have some kind of priming structure to get the nozzle ready before reaching the model. The "wrinkle" in the infill can be either an artifact of the slicer, or extraneous geometry in the STL file. In the case of the calibration cube, it is most likely the slicer doing it.
