Layer de-bonding-Suggestions?

Hi ya'll,
We have a recently built Rostock Max V2, which has made 4-5 parts so far. Everything is looking pretty good in the quality of the parts. Yesterday I printed the attached pics, please notice the de-bond between a few of the layers. Do you have a suggested tweak that would prevent this, to create a fully uniform layer? I am not sure what to suspect, as I have read that the Delta configuration can sometimes be a hard-to-detect initiator of some of these problems (binding, squareness of posts, ujoint friction, etc).
The material was ABS Pure from MatterHackers. The nozzle was at 228C, while bed was at 80C. MatterSlice was the slicing engine, with 10% infill, all other settings in the configuration unchanged from the SeeMe stock settings loaded from their site.
Thanks for your advice in advance.
