Filament Extruders - any recommednations?

I'm looking to get a filament extruder for making some of my own regular use standard filament - are there any recommendations from people who already have used - built and tested a machine?

Significantly cheaper than the other extruders I've seen, similar quality components.

If you're okay with a bit more involved build I'd suggest taking a look at the Lymans, its pretty decked out.
