I have been having some weird issues with my Rostock Max v2 heated bed. What happens is that the 2 bundles of 4 wires on the power terminal block seem to always be coming loose or not making a connection. After fiddling around with these wires the bed heats back up. This only affects the heated bed and it is only being caused by this problem. Ive tested everything and all the wiring is fine on the rest of the printer. Does this seem to be caused by only the terminal block wiring or could there be another point that I have not found being shorted out?
Could this maybe be caused by the terminal block socket not being fully connected to the RAMBO?

Are you using solid core wire or did you tin the wires with solder? This doesn't sound like the behavior of normal stranded wire.

Did you strip the insulation on the wires back enough to fully insert into the captive screw terminal, but not too long to where you can see bare copper more than a mm or so out of the connector?

I was just using the stranded copper wire straight from my CX750 Power Supply. And after many hours of diagnosing I think I found the problem. The heated bed wires on the power block must have shorted and heated up the positive pin enough to fry it. I have attached some photos, so If you see anything to contradict my theory, please share! Also does anybody know where I can get a replacement terminal block in the US, or should I just send my board to SeeMeCNC to get it repaired?
