Advice on HDGlass? (FormFutura's new T-Glase killer)

I was having trouble with T-Glase - it kept stopping to feed mid-print. Haven't yet discerned why or solved it, but it led me to discover HDGlass by FormFutura.

Received two rolls today. Though pricey, it's apparently much clearer (in practice) and easier to work with than t-glase.
However, I've found scant guidance on optimal nozzle+bed temps, layer heights, print speeds, etc. (I did find one place where they said it prints well and is even clearer at higher speeds, which is nice...)

I haven't tried printing it yet - I'm a noob, and hesitant to print without pre-sets (don't want to waste
a premium filament making birds' nests...)

Anyone tried this material and have guidance/feedback to share?
Even if you haven't tried it but are experienced trying materials absent
predefined best practices, I'd really value your input.

Many thanks,
