My printer does not print well

My printer does not print well. I do not know how to adjust it. Please, I need help.
At the end of the video, the ABS does not leave extrunder. Even with the same temperature (215 to 220 º C at the nozzle).

First off slow the hell down hehe, try printing at like 253mm-per minute, second it looks as if your hotend needs to be closer to the bed

try 500 instead of 3000 you are printing way too fast for your first print

Run your nozzle around 255 degrees celius. Print speed looks ok , except for the non print moves, which is too fast. Your Z axis is too slow, you have too long of a pause when it needs to raise. Either your "steps per mm" is too low for your extruder, or your fill density is too low, because its barely filling anything in. Can you post your settings you have in slicer? Looks like alot of the issues I see are merely adjusting your settings

I would update the the newest Slic3r v0.9.2. I will try to export my settings later tonight and upload them here.
The new Slic3r breaks down the values into three areas, Filament settings, Print settings and Printer settings. I have different options set in each with each settings area having variations to allow for quick changes pre-slice. Also, it makes it easier for people to change filament or print settings once they have honed in other areas.

I tried the new slic3r and one thing I found is that it prints the first layer at 0.0 Z. Not .3 Z as
the 0.8 version. Probably a new setting that I missed.

Here is my exported config file.
Some assumptions:
* SeeMeCNC machine with bed area approx 6x6.5 inches or 165x160mm (heated to 40-45 degC - This correlates to 110-115 degC - adjust to your machine values)
* 0.50mm extruder nozzle
* Ultimachine filament 1.75mm (size is actually 1.80mm - may vary - extruded at 245 degC)
* 0.20mm layer height with no support selected
* Infill of 25%
I wish Slic3r would allow me to export sections for easy manipulation/sharing, but all of the values are exported in one file.
I have several saved configs setup to allow me to do 0.10mm layer height, 0, 25, 100% infill with or without support. In repetier I choose which settings I want Slic3r to use against an object.
If you need more info let me know.

hello,
My extrunder not print correctly. I opened it and realized that part is charred teflon (picture). However, I used temperature below 150 º C. This darkening is normal? I printed a few times. I would appreciate some help. I think extrunder not eliminate the plastic constantly. So I suspected this problem.
thanks

You need to put a known good thermometer on the hotend, you can't trust the thermistor without some calibration. Is the Teflon tube brittle or less flexible on the black end than the other end? The Teflon will start to degrade at 250C, which is too hot for either PLA or ABS, but if you're using PLA, it could be cooking it into a hard black plastic, tinting the end of the Teflon and blocking the nozzle.
Either wait looks like your extruder temperature is incorrect, and I'd focus on that first. Find a multimeter with a thermometer attached, from either Walmart, an auto parts store, or harbor freight, then tape it to the extruder with kapton tape and heat up the hot end without plastic. Check your temperatures and calibrate your thmister so you can set e temperature correctly in the future without the extant thermometer.

Correcting for background information. I used a multimeter to measure the temperature and the value is less than 250 º C ( is not 150 º C) around 240 ° C. I use white ABS plastic 3mm.

That seems a bit high, and depending on where you're measuring and the room temperature, other parts could be quite a bit warmer.
Trying dropping your temperature ten or twenty degrees and work with that for awhile to see how your prints turn out. I'm printing with the tip of the extruder at 200C and the heater portion of the extruder at 210C and my ABS is working very well. That's as measured with an external thermocouple.

240 ° C is in the hottest part of extrunder (near the resistors). In the tempreratura nozzle drops to about 210 ° C. At 200 º C the ABS filament drive out of the nozzle. I know that Teflon deteriorates to 260 º C. You could show what the flow abs of your printer? equals this:

Urgent need to get my printer to work. I'll use it in my university work. SeeMeCNC Please help me with extrunder.

Charles, the only thing I can see is at some point, I'm betting the teflon was overheated, the whole hot-end had to be. Maybe the nozzle was left on the table or a print with the heat on for a long time? Anyways, all you need is a new teflon liner. We can get you that, or you might be able to find some locally cheaper/faster than shipping across the pond.

John,
Here in the State of Minas Gerais (Brazil), I find only (teflon massive - extruded Teflon) at cost of R$ 10.00 = $ 5.00. Can be used to make the hose Teflon?
PTFE puro.

According to plasmetal supports up to 250C.

You might be able to still use your original tube by flipping it end-for-end, so the undamaged part is down in the hot end. But it's good to have a spare in any case.

- The second video is the nozzle after the first printed(after exchange tube).
Even after cleaning the nozzle extrunde releases little plastic.

charles, you have some serious burning going on in there. What material are you using? PLA or ABS? If it's PLA, you're too hot, if it's ABS, It works fine up to around 230C from my experience. There is def. a temp issue there. All I can tell you is to double check your temps where the brass nozzle threads into the hot-end, and that's where I read mine.

jonh,
I'll clean the nozzle and redo temperature measurements in all parts of the extruder:
1) Without ABS plastic.
2) With ABS plastic.
I'll post the results for you help me.
