Print Failling

Any idea why this print keeps failing. I have just about wasted an entire roll on this part. The print does not fail at the same point each time, but randomly about in the first half of the print. The total print is about 12-20 hrs depending on the layer height that is choosen. Object is sliced in KISS. It seems to print the first few layers perfectly. I have gotten as high as a 1/3 of the way up before it decides to do what is shown in the picture. The print head starts printing several inches off the object. Because it is a long print I have never been in the room when it happens.

Thanks for the reply!

Its not likely, my bowden tube has very little slack when fully extended between the extruder motor and the furthest point on the bed.

Here is a video of it failing, thoughts on this odd travel speed behavior?

Hi aerouta, post your g-code. I think it's a problem with the model or the slicer.

Here is the gcode.

I have sliced with KISS and MC both give similar failures

You have your travel speed listed at 340 mm/s in your Gcode. Try setting that to 100 to 150 mm/s and rerun your print.
