1/15 scale Clock Tower from Back to the Future

With the exception of the roof shingles, the directionals on the lightning rod, and the clock face itself, the pieces to make this were printed entirely on the Rostock MAX V2. It is on display right now at Comic Con in San Diego.

How did you make the bricks have mortar? Are you a painter as well?

While it is painted, the texture of the bricks is there.

I wanted to initially do the bricks in sections like this, but it used too much material.

So I split the thickness in half and broke the back wall up into sections. The suggestion about "mouse ears" to keep the corners from curling worked flawlessly. Thanks to (I can't recall who) posted about that.

This project was a trial by fire for me and 3D printing. I learned a ton and this board is such a great resource.
