Tea and coffee caddy!

Post by AussieBlake »

First big print after installing the Prometheus and the tricklaser CF 325mm arms. It's a tea and coffee caddy to go in a few of the air BnB units the missus and I have. Long print and had 3 fails because my Mac was going to sleep when I wasn't at home! Coming out real good! Thanks to Brian at Tricklaser.

I mostly print from the USB, but if it's a long print I use the SD card.
Is there a way that when printing from the card, the LCD display shows the time left instead of % printed?

Unfortunately no, Oly removed time display and Z height display from their Repetier firmware. To bad, those are very important things IMHO
That is why I still use Marlin firmware, it displays elapsed time (not time left) and %printed.

I think I'll go with the SD card from now on! Haven't really looked into using it yet but will for sure now. Have some long and importing prints to do!!
