Ezstruder stepper not spinning

Casper stopped extruding mid print, we thought it was a jam so we cleaned out the nozzle. After running another print we noticed the ezstruder stepper only jitters back and forth. We can manually rotate it to extrude out so we know it's no longer jammed. Any thoughts on what might be causing this.

If it's jittering the most likely issue is a bad connection to the stepper. It's pretty much what steppers do when they don't get all 4 signals.
If you have any sort of connector between the stepper and the RAMBO I'd start looking there, if not then I'd start at the board and work towards the stepper.

Thanks for the quick response! We went ahead and checked all the connections and wiggled them a bit but everything seemed in order. After doing that we set everything back up and Casper is now printing so fingers crossed it'll continue behaving.
