Has anyone else had problems with Openbuilds.com? They messed up on my order and won't fix it. Their reply was reply was a generic sorry, please order again. I has cost me a 2 week wait (shipping time and customs) and having to reorder and pay again for some small stuff. Maybe they don't like Canadians. Does anyone know of another source for the type of stuff they sell?

I found them very fair and decent, even when I was not. I placed an order (all items indicated as in stock). Order shipped later than I would have liked (not their fault, I ordered right before a holiday). Order arrived, short one small yet critical item. Packing slip simply said "backordered". I was annoyed and said so. They responded quickly and pulled a part out of a project demo to send me. I later discovered an overlooked email that had come in the day after I had placed the order. That email included both the ship date and backorder notice.

Hoy1, I have ordered from them several times with only one problem and it was corrected quickly.
I would keep contacting them telling them the problem again and that you are not satisfied. They
should respond.
