Hello from Southern Indiana

I just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm currently saving up to buy a Max v2, I plan to purchase it at the end of the month, just thought I should join the forum to get back up to speed. I attended the 2013 Midwest reprap fair and fell in love with delta 3d printers. At the time I was just getting into HAM radio and didn't have enough time or money for both hobbies. Looking forward to learning and building! Any black Friday sales coming up I should know about???

Welcome to the forum!
I am glad to hear that you will be buying the Rostock Max V2 and here is the manual for it:

You will have a lot of fun building it, happy building!

I think there was a Black Friday sale last year, either that or Cyber Monday. I don't remember what the deals were, but I'm sure you could save a few bucks.

Thanks! I'll keep an eye out for it. Save a little on the purchase will give me more to spend on filament.

You'll want to replace the "3rd" with a "4th" before your machine arrives. Just sayin'.

3rd? 4th? I don't have the 1st one yet...
I like the sound of new power supplies, I've read about using 24volts for the bed, personally I like the idea of a ATX power supply for everything to make it a clean build.

Can you tell us the meaning of your cryptic message?
PS: is there a revision 4 of the manual available?
