My ptfe is in half

I broke my ptfe tube last night , sent the seemecnc guys an email about another but theres no way I could possibly get it before friday(I'm in NJ where the hurricane is about to hit so no mail or ups) and I really would love to print some stuff when I'm bored since i have no school for the next two days. Would I Run into problems if I try to print with the tube in two pieces?

The new extruder design captures the PTFE tube, so even if the tube is split in several pieces it should stay in place.
In a pinch I had to combine the 'ok' parts of a couple bad PTFE tubings until replacements arrived. So you should be ok.
