Serious progress made, but what's happening in this print?

Switching from the MatterHackers filament to Hatchbox has dealt with a lot of the problems I've had. I've printed a bunch of little trinkets for my kids, so I decided to print something nice for my wife tonight, this box from Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:676630).
The print's progressing fairly nicely, but there's a noticeable distortion the print thus far, just below the mid-bar in the "E" in the picture. While the distortion is visible all around, it's most pronounced on the outside in the picture (the front of the printer). On the inside of the box, in the same location, there's an obvious line in the print, like the layer's offset or something, but the line doesn't go all the way around the inside, only on the inside of the front wall. At about the same height on the inside of the back wall, there's some blobs, but other than that, the inside looks normal (for my prints, at least).
The box was sliced using Cura:

The box was sliced using Cura:
- Layer height: 0.1mm
- Shell thickness: 1mm
- Enable retraction: true
- Bottom/Top thickness: 0.6mm
- Fill density: 15%
- Print speed: 30mm/s
- Printing temp: 180C (actual printing temp lower, running 176-177C, probably due to layer fan, which I manually adjusted during print to 80% instead of 100, as the extruder temp was stuck way low, around 172C, with the fan at 100%)
- Bed temp: 70C
- Initial layer thickness: 0.3mm
- Infill speed: 40mm/s
- Outer shell speed: 20mm/s
- Inner shell speed: <default>
