What's up with PN 68325 - Stainless Axles for u-joints?

I received 6 shafts, all different lengths, and one is obviously bent. How do I get good ones?

We will send a couple new ones, but you need to email us. The length of the pin is not important. However, the straightness is. I designed the parallel mechanism using a single shaft to keep alignment of the universal joints perfect.
Always contact the company direct, we will quickly make any problem right. Emailing us is best because it will show up on our phones. This will not cost anything for us to send replacements.
