Funnel

I am making this funnel for a science experiment that my wife will perform at her high school.
I do not know the exact details, but it will be used to measure time using water. It has a 3mm hole in the bottom.
The print did fail at %99 but I was ok with that.
And I do notice that it started going slightly wobbly towards the top, in reality the waves are not that pronounced, the lighting amplifies the visual effect. Any opinions on how i could get rid of it?
There is a seam on the side of it, which i did not expect, I sliced this file using the spiral vase option of matter slice, i thought taht it would create a sprial structure all the way to the top, however it built it with one layer clockwise and the other layer counter clockwise. This resulted in a seam on the side of the object. At some parts this seam had some gaps.
The bottom part has a double layer because with a 4mm contact area to the base, i highly doublt it would have printed. And that may have confused the algorithm. But I was really expecting the top part to be constructed spirally. I did inspect it in mattercontrol layer view, and to me it did seem to climb unidirectionally in a spiral manner. It does have a crack towards the top, and at the very bottom section it does leak a little bit at the seams. But nothing that a bit of superglue will not solve. I am overall pleased with how it turned out. WIth a bit of superglue it it will be fit for purpose. Probably used 2 times in the highschool and then discarded. The object has a few droplets of water on it at the moment.
