MatterSlice in Repetier-Host?

I was wondering, as a curiosity, whether it is possible to run the MatterSlice slicer that is part of MatterControl with Repetier-Host.
(Long story short, I've got a few parts that only slice correctly with MatterSlice, and I've been using Repetier-Host ever since abandoning the use of the MatterControl Touch tablet. Right now, I'm basically using MatterControl to access MatterSlice for slicing, then loading the gcode file into Repetier-Host)
