Quick fix for warping

I was about 2 hours into a 6 hour print, and things were looking good. It seemed like my brim was finally solving my peeling issues when I heard that familiar crack to signal that the print was peeling off the glass. I had spent the free time during my previous two weeks calibrating, recalibrating, setting my slicer settings, measuring filament, measuring my first layer, and repeating. I was seconds from cancelling the print (my third try at it for the night), when I decided that I should try to salvage it. I tried holding it down with my seemecnc spatula, but I wasn't going to be able to do that for 20 more minutes, let alone the 4 hours I'd need to finish the print.
I finally came upon a solution that seemed to work. I used some kapton tape that I happened to have on hand to tape down the brim. It held, and it held very well. In fact, the print didn't even come off the bed after cooling until I removed the tape. When I pulled off the tape, the part slid right off.
Obviously, be very careful when applying the tape to a hot bed. You may want to wear gloves and pause your print. I used my spatula to flatten the tape.
